Everyone has a sense of how to be happy or contented in his or her own way. Eventually that helps the person to maintain his psychological and emotional health. At times, due to the busy life schedules and pressures of our daily living, we restrain ourselves from happiness. Being mindful about the importance of emotional wellbeing; C3A is organizing a Counseling Camp for students, faculty and staff on 27th April, 2017. One of the key objectives is to raise awareness about mental health and ways to reduce stressors from our lives. The Camp will be inclusive of different activities such as signature analysis, on the spot counseling, group counseling, self-hypnosis and psychological testing.
