Research Area:

Synthesis of transition metal oxide based conspicuous nanostructures, functional properties and applications, (including in light emitting diodes, solar cells, spintronics, DMS Lithium IonBattries).

Research Interests:

  • Synthesize the transition metal oxide based nanomaterials include: novel nanostructures (one dimensional (nanotubes, nanowires), two dimensional  (nanosheets) three dimensional (seaurchins, nanoflowers) and porous nanostructures by facile Hydrothermal route.
  • Study their components and structural Investigations.
  • Fabrication of the growth mechanism of synthesized conspicuous nanostructures.
    Study optical and magnetic properties by VSM, UV-visible and fluorescence spectrometer.
  • The mechanism of peculiar optical and magnetic properties.
  • Finally, an analysis of the possible future trends for the application of the synthesized nanostructures for the solarcell, spintronics and light emitters.
