Dr. Mariam Mahmood is working at the US Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy (USPCAS-E) as an assistant professor since September 2018. She completed her BE Environmental Engineering in 2012 from IESE, and MS in Energy Systems Engineering (MS-ESE) from USPCASE- NUST, Pakistan in 2014. 
Dr.Mariam completed PhD in 2018 from University of Genova, Italy, with research focus on hybrid solar gas turbine systems. For one year, she has assisted in a project within collaboration between the University of Genova and Ansaldo Energia s.p.a, Italy, for modeling and diagnostics of T100 Gas Turbine cycle.
