Engr. Asghar Ali has been serving as a Research Associate at USPCAS-E, NUST since August 25, 2017. He is an Electrical Power Engineer with MS in Energy systems Engineering. He graduated with distinction and obtained a CGPA of 3.9 out of 4 in MS studies. Under the USPCAS-E project, he was awarded with the USAID Exchange Scholarship for Research Studies at Arizona State University, USA.

Engr. Asghar Ali has served as a senior Instructor of Electrical Technology at Swat College of Science and Technology, Swat, Pakistan. Previously, he served at Indus Polytechnic Institute as an Instructor of Electrical Technology. His responsibilities included teaching subjects of Electrical engineering and technology to DAE and B.Tech students.
