Dr. Mustafa Anwar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Energy Systems Engineering, USPCAS-E, NUST since May 2019. He completed his PhD in Fuel Cell Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, in April 2019. His research work focused on the development of electrolytes (ceria and zirconia-based) and cathode (LSCF and Cobalt free) materials for solid oxide fuel cells. During his post-graduate studies, he got the experience of working under different funded research projects and writing proposals for various national and international research grants, with his mentors. He published 16 ISI research papers during his post-graduate studies. Prior to PhD, he completed his MS in Energy Systems Engineering from NUST in 2014; and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from NFC-IEFR, Faisalabad in 2012. His research interest includes advanced energy materials and high-temperature fuel cells for sustainable energy.​
