Objective

To build the capacity of young students and professionals to work and lead under highly stressful work environments and remain efficient and productive through innovative and out-of-box cognition.

Description

The purpose of this training module is that the participants have to undertake challenging projects and assignments that will become due under extreme time pressures and deadlines. The activities will cover rigorous activities that are planned in six thematic areas, each lasting for 12 hours, and the training will conclude in 72 hours. The participants are not allowed to sleep during these 3 days except power naps of small intervals at ICE2. The training is divided into six major themes:

1.      Extended Test Stress in analytical, verbal and infographics (includes Mathematics, English and Psychology tests)

2.      Creative Skill Development (includes prose, writing, painting)

3.      TED Talks and Corporate Presentations

4.      Team Building

5.      Project idea mappings, solutions and presentations

6.      Model United Nations

The above activities will be supplemented like goal-oriented tasks (3 baskets, watching a bore/horror movie and taking an examination, conducting some tests under the shade of trees, or similar unexpected scenarios).
