MCE Community Service Club arranges Blood donation Drive in collaboration with Jamila Sultana Foundation:

Blood is the main element of life anybody could be requiring it at any stage of life. Considering this thought a Blood Donation Camp was organized by the members of MCE Community Services Club in collaboration with the Student Affairs Office (SAO). Coverage of the event was provided by the MCE Media Club.

A circular was circulated for the students and officers who were willing to volunteer for this event. The camp was held on 22nd November 2017 at PAF MI Room, Risalpur. The turnout was extremely outstanding as 51 students and officers from all batches participated along with the students of College of Aeronautical Engineering (CAE) of same strength. The donors were later provided with snacks and drinks to replenish them. Later on, students said that they felt extremely joyous and happy as they would be helping someone and saving lives.

The blood was donated to the Jamila Sultana Foundation, affiliated with Thalassemia International Foundation. This NGO helps thousands of patients of Thalassemia every year free of cost.

MCE Community Services Club would like to acknowledge the efforts of Dean CE Wing Brig Dr. Sarfaraz Ali, In-charge SAO Madam Gul e Zahra and all the faculty and staff involved in this event as this would not have been made possible without the efforts of all.
