The degree program is designed to meet the huge demand for professional Civil Engineers with special emphasis on basic civil engineering theory dovetailed with practical training. Particular attention is paid to the overgrowing fields of Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Water Resources Engineering. BE Civil Engineering syllabus has been revised in line with Higher Education Commission's Uniform Frame Work of Engineering (UFEE) and accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council. The curriculum is designed to provide undergraduates with a solid foundation on fundamental principles of basic sciences including athematics, Management Sciences, Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Theory of  tructures, Survey, Architecture, Computer Sciences, Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulics, Soil Mechanics, Concrete Technology, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering and then use this knowledge to solve practical Civil Engineering problems.
