Material and Manufacturing
1.    The effect of Grain size on Deformation behavior of cold rolled drawing grade steel”  in the First International Conference on Frontiers of Advanced Engineering Materials (FAEM-2004) held in Lahore from 20 to 22 September 2004.

2.    “Study of polymers composite parts manufacturing through resin transfer molding techniques (RTM)”, in the Second International Conference on Frontiers of Advanced Engineering Materials (FAEM-2006) held in Lahore from 04 to 06 December 2006.

3.    The third research paper has been sent to The 5th International Conference on Advanced Materials and processing ICAMP-5 to be held in September 3-6, 2008, Harbin, China on “ The Effect of grain size on forming and tensile behavior of Cold Rolled Drawing Grade steel”.

-   Design and modify library graphics/footprints of electrical components on Zuken/Redac Visula PWB library software, from mechanical  drawings and verbal instructions, in support of high volume production PWB layouts for automotive products.
-    *Handled requests, resolution of CAD/CAE parts issues, and distribution of libraries to Visteon’s worldwide     Design Engineering community.
-    Design and modify the 3-D of  electrical components using Pro/E/ IDEAS software.
-    Create printed circuit board(PCB) outline with respected to the ECAD_DEFAULT coordinate system
-    Interface Pro/E and Visula to create a 3-D assembly with all electronic components placed on board.
-    Perform interference analysis of electrical parts on the PCB and PCB with the housing using Pro/E.
-    Using Pro/E software to assemble the PCB board on the housing.
-    Provide technical support of Pro/E and PDM to designers.
-    Prepare the documents for new and existing products that required for  Visula, Pro/E and PDM.

-    Responsible for the production of  spring steel  used in Automotive Industry.
-    Developed and controlled the leaf spring  steel, Tool steel, stainless steel and other grades of steel chemical and mechanical properties.
-    Worked on project “ How to control the grain size of low carbon steel (CR grades)” through different cycles of heat treatment and different reductions.
-    Implemented the ISO 9000 quality procedures.
-    Worked with different grades  steel for different applications.
-    Inspected  the steel during production
