A team’s performance is based on a clear understanding of the vision, strategies, and shared goals supported by the individual roles and responsibilities of team members. However, within team the significance of interpersonal qualities i.e. trust, communication, and mutual accountability remains equally important. The above two perspectives determine a team’s ability to achieve and sustain High Performance as part of the organizational capacity strengthening. The most striking components of high-performance teams are engagement, identity, alignment, and proficiency.
The objective of this two days program is to help the participants understand the critical elements and individual contributions that will develop the shared goal for a high performing team. The goals and visions which will enlist the key skills needed to address the predictable challenges that arises in teams like understanding diversity, communicating collaboratively, and managing conflicts.
The training program will allow participants to learn a step-by-step process to create a positive workplace and inspire people around them by becoming emotionally intelligent to become powerful teams that become much more than the sum of the individuals on those teams.
