Dr Noor Ullah Khan is an expert in the field of  Human Resource Management. He has got amazing interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. He has earned Doctoral of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) ranked 228th Globally and 49th in Asia based on the 2017/2018 QS World University Ranking. His doctoral dissertation title was “Antecedents of Sustainable Performance Among ISO14001-Certified Manufacturing Firms". His Doctoral research model was based on Green HRM Practices, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCBE), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Sustainable Performance.

In addition to this, he is well-equipped with both Quantitative and Qualitative research methods and data analysis techniques using AMOS 22 and NVIVO 11. He had also published several research articles with impact factor, ISI and Scopus Indexed Journals. He is a founding member of Academia Society & Industry Alliance (ASIA) which is a research society intended to create a symbiotic partnership between academia and industry to provide sustainable solutions for the social and industrial issues. He is also a reviewer at Connecting ASIA conference management system. The blend of both academic and managerial experiences built his interest in academic teaching.​​

  • Before pursuing his Doctoral studies, He had worked for two and a half years at Liaison Corporation (LC) as Manager Human Resource. His main job responsibilities were comprised of Conducting Training and Development Programs, Developing Human Resource Plans, Managing Administrative Issues Staff Hiring and Retaining and Controlling. ​
