Neelab Kayani is a Fulbright Scholar (2016-2017)
and holds a Master’s degree in Human resource management from Fox School of
Business, Temple university, USA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business
administration, with a majors in human resource management. Prior to joining
NBS, she worked as a research fellow at the Management Advancement Research
Centre at FAST School of Management, Pakistan, working on both qualitative and
quantitative projects, covering areas such as cross-cultural HR, leadership and
change management. She holds special interest in the area of cross-cultural
communication, negotiations and conflict management, and leadership.
Neelab has worked in the capacity of research
fellow for around 2 years, covering areas including cross cultural leadership,
change management and organizational trust and leadership. She has also been a part
of HEC funded project; Management in Pakistani Culture (MiPc), which focused on
understanding effective high-performance work practices in the specific context
of Pakistani culture.
