Before joining NBS in 2018, Dr. Nauman Wajid worked as an Associate Lecturer at the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK for almost 3 years; and taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level there. He also has the experience of  teaching via distance learning mode, using ‘VLE’ (Virtual Learning Environment) tools.

Dr. Wajid served as Visiting Lecturer at The University of Cumbria, UK and as an Adjunct Academic at The University of Manchester, United Kingdom where he was responsible as an E-tutor on behalf of Alliance Manchester Business School on their Global MBA Programme for ‘Information Systems and Digital Strategies’ unit. Within the courses that he has taught, he delivered lectures on various topics including Digital Marketing, Use of Social Media in Marketing, Advertising, public Relations, Consumer Behavior among others.

As a part of his continuous professional development, he has completed a professional teaching qualification by undertaking the Postgraduate Certification in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE) from the Manchester Metropolitan University. He has also been awarded the fellowship of Higher Education Academy (FHEA), UK.​​

Dr Nauman's research interest lies in the area of B2B Relationship Marketing, Services Marketing, Marketing in the Banking & Telecoms Sectors and Integrated Marketing Communications.
