Engr Mohammad Ikhlaq  Khattak did his  Masters in Mechanical Engineering from College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Rawalpindi , NUST in year 2001 with special emphasis on Manufacturing Engineering while he did  his undergraduate studies from College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Rawalpindi,  a constituent College of University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in 1991.Presently he is also under going doctoral studies in the field of alternative fuels vehicles ”Fault detection in hydrogen fuel cells” from NUST .​​​​

  • Industrial experience:  Worked in Military Vehicle Research and Development  for three years  on indigenous development projects.

  • Worked for three years in planning and control of projects for  Base and Regional  workshops of Pakistan army with an yearly budget of about Rs 4000 million.
