Dr. Jawad received his BE and MS degrees in Mechatronics Engineering from Air University, Pakistan, in 2007 and 2010 respectively. He was awarded PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2018 from Pusan National University, South Korea. He worked on brain-robot interfaces and control of haptic device during his PhD where he published over 40 papers. During his PhD he also worked as a senior data analyst for identification of tumor and brain activity of patients with different Korean hospitals. His research interests include hybrid brain-computer interfaces, brain signal processing and control, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, rehabilitation and agricultural robotics. He is currently serving as OIC of Aerial Robotics lab.
