The students of NUST College of E&ME have been making us proud over the years by winning P@SHA and APICTA awards since 2012; this year the College won 5 awards (4 Gold and 1 Silver). The Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES (P@SHA) organised its 15th Annual ICT Awards Ceremony on Sept 07, 2017 at Serena Hotel Islamabad. Federal Minister for IT Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddique was the chief guest.

1. IIoT Based Industry 4.0 Compliant Automation for Manufacturing Industries
Dept: Computer Engineering (CE)

Awards: 2 Gold awards in “Tertiary Student” and ‘Best in IoT” categories

2. EKKO-A Wave Therapeutic Device
Dept: CE
Students: Saad Bin Zahid, Zain ul Hassan, Muhammad Affan ul Haq Khan, Hassan Moin 
Awards: Silver award in "Tertiary Student" category

3. “EPIC-A Wearable Epilepsy Monitoring Device"
Winner: RISETech - a start-up by NUST faculty; incubated at EME Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (ICE2)

Awards: Gold award in "Indigenous Services" category
