Ayesha Liaqat Leads Dynamic Sessions on 21st-Century Leadership at Global UGRAD-Pakistan Alumni Academy in Bangkok
Ayesha Liaqat, from the Department of Behavioral Sciences, participated as a facilitator in the Global UGRAD-Pakistan Alumni Academy Convocation arranged by international research and exchange board (IREX) held in Bangkok, Thailand.
She co-facilitated a session titled “Interpersonal Leadership and Personal Leadership Approaches: Exploring 21st-Century Leadership Styles and Qualities” alongside Liz Hague (she/her).
On the second day, Ayesha led a session on “Complementary Leadership Styles and Ethical Leadership,” where she developed case studies to encourage the practical application of ethical leadership principles. This session aimed to help participants combine different leadership styles to tackle real-world challenges, promoting collaboration and innovation.
Engaging with over 150 exceptional young leaders and change-makers from across Pakistan was inspiring. Together, they explored pressing issues facing the nation and discussed how community leadership can drive positive transformation.
