NUST & Gazi University sign up for partnership for academic & cultural cooperation
NUST has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gazi Üniversitesi; a public university in Ankara, Türkiye for academic and cultural cooperation and the Erasmus+ Agreement.
The signing ceremony was held on June 6 at Gazi University. Rector NUST Engr Javed Mahmood Bukhari and Rector Gazi University Dr Musa Yıldız were the signatories of the MoU.
NUST’s leadership is currently on a tour to Türkiye. The delegation also comprises Pro-Rector Research, Innovation & Commercialisation Dr Rizwan Riaz, Director Academic Dr Adnan Maqsood and others.
The host university was represented by the Rector and Vice-Rectors Prof Dr Yucel Gelişli, Prof Dr Fazli Polat, Prof Dr Ramazan Bayındır, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof Dr Rahmi Ünal, Education-Training and Foreign Relations Institution Coordinator Prof D. İhsan Kalenderoğlu, and others.
Both Rectors expressed high hopes for a strong collaboration between the prestigious seats of learning in the two countries
