NUST Students Shine at National Round of HEC Pakistan University Debating Championship 2023-24

A number of NUSTians participated in the National Round of the HEC Pakistan University Debating Championship 2023-24 (PUDC) held on May 15, 2024, at the Higher Education Commission Auditorium in Islamabad.

Members of the NUST Debating Society, under the guidance of Student Affairs Directorate, comprising of Tayyaba Naveed (SEECS), Rija Fatima Aeyzaz (NBS), and Shahmir Muhammad (SMME), clinched the top spot by winning the championship in the English category, along with whopping Rs. 200K cash prize.

Chairman HEC, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed graced the prize distribution ceremony as the chief guest.
