Rector’s Orientation Visit to C3A

Rector NUST Dr Muhammad Zahid Latif visited NUST Centre for Counselling & Career Advisory (C3A) on March 6, 2025. During the interactive session, the Rector appreciated the positive role of C3A in supporting NUST Community.

He called for enhanced awareness measures to eliminate social barriers to mental health. The Rector also urged the promotion of physical activities as an effective tool to counter stress and anxiety.
