SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF IT EQUIPMENT INTERDISCIPLINARY CLUSTER FOR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (ICER) – IT PLAN RCMS NUST ISLAMABAD

1.       NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed IT supplier/firms, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue For Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of IT Equipment Interdisciplinary Cluster For Education And Research (ICER) – IT Plan RCMS NUST Islamabad as per detail available in tender documents. General details are as following:

a) Lot No. 1: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Optical Fiber
b) Lot No. 2: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Active LAN Equipment
c) Lot No. 3: Supply, Installation and Commissioning for Passive Networking
d) Lot No. 4: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Line Interactive UPS
e) Lot No.5: Supply, Installation and Commissioning Wi-Fi Adapter for Computers

2.         Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’.

3.           The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1100 hours on 10 Nov 2020. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1130 am. Technical Bids shall be opened in the presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) and available representatives of firms.

4.           NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules without any liability as per PPRA rules.
