INVITATION TO BID (High End Desktop Computers) RIMMS NUST

1. Sealed quotations are invited from reputed firms registered with Tax department and included in Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for supplying 15x high end desktop computers at NUST-RIMMS.

2. Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the under mentioned office on any working day within office hours against written request on company’s letterhead with a copy of NTN, GST registration certificate and Pay order/DD of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of NUST-RIMMS, Islamabad or by postal mail.

3. Complete sealed quotations prepared in accordance with the instructions given in bidding documents alongwith 2% earnest money in the shape of pay order/ DD in favor of NUST – RIMMS. Bidding documents must reach till 6th May, 2021 at 10:00 hrs in the office of PLPC, at address mentioned below. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1030 hrs in conference room RIMMS.
