    PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF DRY RATION FOR THE YEAR- 2023-24

National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad intends to invite applications from reputed Mills/firms/Factories for pre-qualification for supply of Dry ration (Atta, Sugar, Rice and Cooking oil/Ghee, etc) in bulk on Monthly/Quarterly for Year 2023-24.

Interested Mills/firms/Factories must be registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’. The vendor who have already pre-qualified with NUST are not required to purchase the tender documents.

The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1100 hours on 16 Oct 2023. Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1130 hours. Bids shall be opened in presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) and available representatives of firms.

NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids without any liability as per PPRA rules.
