NOTICE INVITING TENDER

 

  1. The National University of Sciences (NUST) invites sealed tenders from interested construction contractors/firms for the following works at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad.
  2. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2x 1000 KG Passenger
    Elevator at School of Health Sciences (SHS) (G+3)
  3. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2×1000 KG Passenger Elevators at
    Faculty Block (G+9)
  4. Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3x 1000 KG Passenger Elevators at
    School of Natural Sciences (SNS) (G+6)

  1. Documents will be issued from date of publication of NIT in Newspaper during office hours, on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- for each work. The tender fee should be in the form of Pay Order in favor of Works Directorate NUST. Submission of application for issuance of bid documents along with copy of valid PEC registration certificate are mandatory.
  2. Firms shall be authorized/sole distributor of the company having after sales services. Origin shall be UK, USA & Europe.

 

  1. Pre-bid Meeting: Pre-bid meeting will be held 07 February 2023 at 1100 hours at Conference Room Works Directorate NUST.
  2. Last date of Bid submission is 14 February 2023 up to 1500 hours. Opening at 1530 hours same day.
  3. A proposal will be treated as Non Responsive and shall not be considered for evaluation if any of the information mentioned in the Documents is omitted or not complied with.
  4. Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelopes, under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Separate Sealed bids comprising of Technical & Financial proposal in respective envelops duly prepared in accordance with instructions contained in the bidding documents must reach the Employer on 14 February 2023 at 1500 hours. Technical proposal shall be opened on above mentioned date in the presence of NUST Bid Opening Committee and Bidders/representatives at Works Directorate Conference Hall. Financial proposal of technically qualified bidders shall be opened at same place for which date and time shall be intimated later. This advertisement is available at PPRA website at ppra.org.pk and NUST website at www.nust.edu.pk.

 

  1. In case of holiday on the day of submission/ opening, the bids will be received/opened on the next working day. NUST reserves the right to reject or accept any tender in light of PPRA 2004.
