NUST, COLLEGE OF E&ME, PESHAWAR ROAD RAWALPINDI CIVIL WORKS FOR RENOVATION / UPGRADATION OF LIBRARY

Tender

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for “Civil Works for Renovation / Upgradation of Library” at NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi as per detail available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing the details of and conditions etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 06 Jan 2021. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 1,500/- in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (3% of quoted Value) must reach at under mentioned address before 1200 hours on 25 Jan 2021. Technical bid shall be opened on the same day by 1400 hrs and financial bids shall be opened on 29 Jan 2021 at 1200 hrs. Complete dimensions / scope of Work, material etc must be mentioned in your bid accordance to the bidding documents. Incomplete / unclear bid will be rejected accordingly. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
