PURCHASE OF LAB EQUIPMENT FOR HEC PROJECT

TENDER NO. 06/2023

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Supply of Lab Equipment for HEC Project at NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi as per detail available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 11^th September 2023. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address before 1100 hours on 27^th September 2023. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1130 hrs. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
