NUST, COLLEGE OF E&ME, PESHAWAR ROAD RAWALPINDI SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT

Tender

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for “Supply of IT Equipment” at NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi as per detail available in tender documents.

2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 12 July 2021. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi.

3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (3% of quoted Value) must reach at under mentioned address before 1200 hours on 28 July 2021. Technical Bids shall be opened on 28 July 2021 at 1230 hrs and financial bids will be opened on 4 Aug 2021 at 1200 hours. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.

4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
