 PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

FOR SUPPLY OF MEDICINES & MEDICAL CONSUMABLES

1. NUST invites applications from registered firms, who are on active tax payers list, for prequalification for supply of medicines & medical consumables at NUST Medical Centres in H-12, Islamabad and Lalkurti, Rawalpindi.
2. Prequalification documents, containing all information required for pre-qualification including instruction for preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents, evaluation criteria etc. are available for the interested bidders at P&LP Directorate, Works Dte Building, NUST, H-12 Campus, Islamabad. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’.
3. The proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the prequalification documents, must reach at P&LP Directorate, NUST on or before 1100 hrs on 5^th Sep 2023. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs. Contract will be awarded to successful firm for a period of 1 year which can be further extended on mutually accepted terms subject to satisfactory performance of firm and as per PPRA rules.
