PREQUALIFICATION OF CONSULTANTS

Tender

1. National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Pakistan invites applications from reputed Engineering Consultancy Firms for Prequalification as Consultants for Master Planning, Infrastructure Development, Civil Works, Electrical/Mechanical and HVAC Works for Different Project at NUST Campus Sector H-12, Islamabad. Firms having capacity and experience of similar works are required to submit information/details duly supported with related documents as follows:-
   1. Name  of the  consultancy  firm, memorandum and article of association, detailed                         information  about the organization, address’s of its offices alongwith phones, fax             numbers and email address etc.
   2. List and  CVs  of permanent technical personnel available with the firms for such             projects.
   3. Details of  works  undertaken  during  the  last  ten years  with  its cost indicating names and addresses of client.
   4. List of technical software available.
   5. List of equipment’s etc, owned by the firm related works.
   6. Bank reference/certificates including credit worthiness of the firm.
   7. National Tax Number (NTN) alongwith a copy of Income Tax Return for the last three years.
   8. Financial status of the firm, audited account statements for the last three years.
   9. Registration of the firm/company with registrar of companies.
   10. Proof of  valid  registration  with  PEC  (Pakistan  Engineering  Council)/Pakistan             Council of Architects Town Planning as practicing consultants.
   11. Performance Certificate from the various clients of past/current projects.
   12. An affidavit to the effect that the firm/company has never been involved in litigation/arbitration, nor it has been black listed due to any reason.
   13. Any other relevant information.
2. Details of requirement and Request for Proposal (RFP) can be collected from the given address during working hours i.e. 0900-1700 hours (except on Saturday and Sunday) for a cost of Rs 5,000.00 in Pay Order/DD in favour of “NUST”.
3. Complete application with supporting documents and sealed financial proposal must reach the Project Management Office (PMO) Sector H-12, Islamabad within 15 days of publication of advertisement. Financial proposal shall be opened in presence of NUST Bid Opening Committee and Bidders/representatives at Project Management Office (PMO) Conference Hall at NUST for which date and time shall be intimated later.  This advertisement is available at PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk and NUST website at www.nust.edu.pk.

4.         NUST reserves the right to reject any application as per rules.
