Purchase of Lab Equipment, NUST, College of E&ME Rawalpindi

Tender

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of “Lab Equipment” at NCRA, NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi as per detail available in tender documents. List of equipment is given in below table:-

2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 15^th February 2021. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of “National Center of Robotics and Automation-NUST”.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (3% of quoted Value) must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1400 hrs on 02^th March 2021. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1430 hrs. Technical Bids shall be opened in the presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) Members and available representatives of firms and financial bids will be opened on 09^th March 2021 at 1100 hrs.
4. President Local Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
