1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for following:-

2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 24 Feb 2020. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- (each) in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (3% of quoted Value) must reach at under mentioned address before 1430 hours on 10 Mar 2020. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
