SUPPLY / INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF BIOMETRIC LAB ACCESS SYSTEM FOR LABORATORY DOORS – ASAB NUST H-12 CAMPUS, ISLAMABAD

Tender

1. NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed IT supplier/firms, registered and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Supply/Installation and commissioning of 15 x Biometric Readers  as per details available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1000 hours on 3rd April 2020. Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1030 am in the presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) and available representatives of firms.
4. NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
