  1. With reference to NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi advertisement published on PPRA’s website www.ppra.org.pk advertisement reference no. TS460927E dated 29 September 2021; the dead line for receipt and opening of the bids for SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF IT & NETWORK EQUIPMENT has been amended as per advertisement in newspaper (The News & Daily Dunya Islamabad) dated 3rd October 2021.   2. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (e Rs. 0.4 million in the form of pay order / Bank Draft in favour of Commandant, College of E&ME Rawalpindi) must reach at under mentioned address before 1200 hours on 26 October 2021 and technical Bids shall be opened on the same day by 1230 hrs. Financial bids will be opened on 4 November 2021 at 1200 hours. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
  3. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
