Supply, Installations & Commissioning of IT & Lab equipment for NCAI-NUST

1. ​National Center of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) NUST is the latest technological initiative of Government of Pakistan under the government’s Vision 2025. The center is designed on consortium model; partnering with other public sector universities, aiming at becoming the leading hub of innovation, scientific research, knowledge transfer to the local economy, and training in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its closely affiliated fields.
2. NCAI NUST invites sealed bids from reputed firms/suppliers, registered with Income Tax and GST departments who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for supply, installations & commissioning of IT & Lab equipment (details will be available in tender documents) for its Labs.
3. Bidding documents; containing detailed terms and conditions shall be obtained by submitting pay order / bank draft of PKR 3,000/- in favor of “NCAI NUST”
4. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must reach the office of undersigned through registered courier latest by March 16, 2020 before 1030 hours. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1100 hours at NCAI NUST.
5. The tender received after due date and time will not be considered. NCAI NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or a part thereof under the PPRA Rules.
