Supply Of Laptops for NUST Faculty Members/Officers-NUST, Islamabad

1. NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed IT supplier/firms, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Supply of 150xLaptops for NUST Faculty Members/Officers as per detail available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’.
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before 1100 hours on     22 Dec 2020. Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 am in the presence of Local Purchase Committee (LPC) and available representatives of firms.
4. A pre-tender meeting with vendors in this regard will be held in P&LP office on 10 Dec 2020 at 1200 hrs.
5. NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
