  1. NUST invites sealed bids from well reputed Furniture/ IT Suppliers authorized partner registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Supply of Office Furniture & IT Equipment for HR Dte NUST Islamabad as per detail available in tender documents and samples for gen items can be seen at NUST: –

  1. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 3,000/- (for each tender) in favour of ‘NUST Islamabad’.
  2. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at under mentioned address on or before on above mentioned date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day at specified time in the presence of Local purchase committee and available firm reps. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
  3. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rule 33.
