TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed tenders are invited for Purchase of the following Permanent Equipment at SMME NUST: –

a. CO2 Incubator Nos 01

Terms and Conditions:

1.              Tender documents can be obtained on payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) through DD/Pay Order in the name of “SMME NUST” from SMME NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad during working hours (9.00 to 16.00 hours).

 

2.              All repair/services should be included in the quotation as specified in the Tender Documents.

3.              Warranty against deliveries to be 12 months from the date of installation/Inspection

4.              Technical & Financial quotations should be provided in separate envelopes.

5.              Quotations are to be submitted latest by 20 Dec 2022 at 1100 hrs. Tender will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in Conference Room, SMME NUST H- 12 Campus Islamabad.

6.              The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission

7.              The tender notice is only an invitation to offer and SMME NUST does not bind itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to reject any offer as per PPRA Rules.
