Procurement of Desktop Computer SMME NUST

Tender

1.    Sealed tenders are invited for procurement of 50x  Desktop Computers with  following specifications   for  SMME  NUST:- ​

Dell OptiPlex 7070 Tower Processor Core i7 9th Generation, Memory 16 GB DDR 4.1,     Hard Disk Drive 256 GB SSD, 2nd Hard Drive 1000 GB Sata, Optical Media DVDRW, Graphic Card 4 GB, Nvidia 128 Bit, Led 19” wide screen Viewable, keyboard USB Dell and Mouse USB Dell  . BRAND only  (DELL)​

2.   Terms and Conditions:

a. Tender documents can be obtained on payment of Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) through    DD/Pay Order in the name of “SMME NUST” from SMME NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad during working hours (0900 to 1630 hours).
b. All repair/services should be included in the quotation as specified in the Tender Documents.
c. Quotations must be on C&F/FOR basis, Islamabad.
d. Warranty against deliveries to be 12 months from the date of   installation/Inspection.
e. Technical & Financial quotations should be provided in separate envelopes.
f. Quotations are to be submitted latest by 01 April 2020 at 1100 hours. Tender will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in Conference Room, SMME NUST H- 12 Campus Islamabad.
g. The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission.
h. The ender notice is only an invitation to offer and SMME NUST does not bind     itself to accept any Tender and reserves the right to reject any offer as per PPRA Rules.
