EQ-08-2023-NCAI-Project

1.   National Center of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) NUST is the latest technological initiative of Government of Pakistan in the field of AI. The center is designed on consortium model, partnering with other public sector universities, aiming at becoming the leading hub of innovation, scientific research, knowledge transfers to the local economy, and training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its closely affiliated fields.

2.    NCAI NUST invites sealed bids from reputed firms/suppliers, registered with Income Tax and GST departments who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for supply, of following research equipment for project titled “Multifaceted Crop Scouting Using Industry 4.0”. Detailed specification and is mentioned in bidding docs:-

a.    High Definition Camera (Qty: 01)

b.    Air Quality Sensors (Qty: 01 Set of 24x sensors)

c.     Drone (Qty: 01)

3.    Tender documents can be obtained from the undermentioned office on any working day within office hours against written request on company’s letterhead with a copy of NTN, GST registration certificate and Pay order/ DD of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of NCAI-SELF GENERATED INCOME-NUST, Islamabad.

4.      Quotations prepared in accordance with the instructions given in bidding documents along with 2% earnest money of quoted value in the shape of pay order/ DD in favor of NCAI-SELF GENERATED INCOME-NUST must be reached till Sep 11, 2023, at 1100 hrs in the office of NCAI, at below mentioned address. Tender will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs in conference room NCAI. This advertisement is available on websites of PPRA and NUST- NCAI i.e. www.ppra.org.pk, www.ncai.pk .
