| 1. NCAI is a national hub of AI in Pakistan, headquartered at NUST, NCAI serves as a central focal point for AI-related research, development, and innovation, playing a pivotal role in advancing AI technology and its applications across various sectors in the country. It fosters collaboration between academia, industry, and government agencies to promote AI excellence and address national challenges through AI-driven solutions. NCAI’s mission is to propel Pakistan’s AI capabilities and position the country as a leader in the field of artificial intelligence on the national and global stage.
2. NCAI NUST invites sealed bids from reputable firms/suppliers, registered with Income Tax and GST departments who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for supply of GPU server and equipment. Detailed specifications are mentioned in the bidding document.
3. Tender documents can be obtained from the undermentioned office on any working day within office hours against written request on company’s letterhead with a copy of NTN, GST registration certificate and Pay order/ DD of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of NCAI-SELF GENERATED INCOME-NUST, Islamabad.
4. Quotations prepared in accordance with the instructions given in bidding documents along with 2% earnest money of quoted value in the shape of pay order/ DD in favor of NCAI-SELF GENERATED INCOME-NUST must be reached till October 05, 2023, at 1100 hrs. in the office of NCAI, at below mentioned address. Tender will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs. in conference room NCAI. This advertisement is available on websites of PPRA and NUST- NCAI i.e. www.ppra.org.pk, www.ncai.pk .
