SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR DIGITAL PAKISTAN LAB (NCBC) HEC PROJECT-TENDER NO. 15/MAY/2022

1. NUST College of E&ME Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well reputed Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue “For Supply of Network, IT & HVAC Equipment for Digital Pakistan Lab (DPL) of National Center for Big Data and Cloud Computing (NCBC) HEC Project at NUST at NUST Cosllege of E&ME Rawalpindi” as per detail available in tender documents.
2. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at below mentioned address during working hours from 30 May 2022. Same shall be obtained by submission of Pay Order/ Bank Draft of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of” NCBC-CEME NUST“
3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, along with earnest Money (3% of quoted Value) must reach at under mentioned address before 1400 hours, on 17 Jun 2022. Technical bids shall be opened on the same day by 1500 hrs. Financial bids will be opened on 22 Jun 2022 at 1200 hrs. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Board formed for procurement and available representatives of firms.
4. Procurement Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
