TENDER NOTICE/INVITATION OF BID  

Tender Notice No 03/2022/Eqpt/S3H/NUST 

1. National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) Islamabad, a public sector university invites sealed bids from authorized dealers / resellers, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, for supply of UPS 10 KVA for S3H (NUST)  

2. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions along with specifications of UPS are available at Store Section S3H – NUST, Sector H-12 Islamabad.  Interested bidders can obtain tender documents through application on their firm’s letterhead with Rs 3,000/- tender fee (non-refundable) in shape of pay order/ demand draft in favor of S3H, NUST Islamabad. 

3. The sealed bids (two separate envelops for technical and financial bids) in accordance with instructions in tender documents must reach the undersigned till 1400 hrs on or before 23 May 2022 (Monday) Technical & Financial bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hrs. This advertisement is available on NUST website www.nust.edu.pk as well as  PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
4. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rule 33.
