PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL COLLEGE LAB EQUIPMENT

School of Health Sciences (SHS) invites sealed quotations from well-established Pakistani Firms having active GST and Income Tax registration numbers for procurement of the Medical College Lab Equipment for the following labs: –

Terms and Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be obtained on payment of 3000/- (non-refundable) through DD/Pay Order in the name of “SHS NUST” from P&LP Dte NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad during working hours (9.00 to 16.00 hours).
2. All repair/services should be included in the quotation as specified in the Tender Documents.
3. Warranty against deliveries to be 12 months from the date of installation/Inspection
4. Technical & Financial quotations must be provided in separate envelopes.
5. Quotations are to be submitted latest by Monday, 28 Nov 2022 at 1100 hrs. Tender will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in Conference Room, P&LP Dte NUST H- 12 Campus Islamabad.
6. The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission.
7. The tender notice is only an invitation to offer and SHS-NUST does not bind itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to reject any offer as per PPRA Rules.
