TENDER NOTICE

PROCUREMENT OF SOUND SYSTEM FOR AUDITORIUM NBC QUETTA

1. NUST hereby invites sealed bids for “Procurement of Sound System for Auditorium NBC Quetta” from the eligible bidders who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS)”, having Income & Sales Tax registration and are on Active Taxpayers List on website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration; in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using e-PADS, the prospective bidders may contact PPRA’s technical team.
2. The complete set of bidding documents containing description and detailed terms & conditions are available on the websites of PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and e-PADS bidders may obtain further information from P&LP Directorate P&LP New Building, Opposite NT Park, NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad, Phone No: 051-90851649.
3. All e-bids must be submitted through ePADS Manual submission of bid without e-PADS will not be accepted/entertained. The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS by 10 June 2024 before 1400 hrs (bid closing date and time). Hard copies of Tender documents be deposited to P&LP Dte (Procurement Section) before opening on the same day. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at (bid opening time at least 30 minutes after bid closing time, i.e 1430 hrs.
4. Due to budget constraints Delivery/Installation will be made by successful vendor within 10 days at NBC Quetta.
5. In case opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the next working date shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tender(s) at the same time and place. NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR).2004.
