FOR PROCUREMENT OF NSHS LAB EQUIPMENT

NUST School of Health Sciences (NSHS) invites sealed quotations from well-established Pakistani Firms having active GST and Income Tax registration numbers for procurement of following Lab Equipment for Medical College. Detailed specifications and quantities are mentioned in bidding documents: –

Terms and Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be obtained on payment of 3000/- (non-refundable) through DD/Pay Order in the name of “NSHS NUST” from P&LP Dte, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad during working hours (09:00 to 16:00 hours).
2. All repair/services should be included in the quotation as specified in the Tender Documents.
3. Warranty against delivery must be 12 months from the date of installation/Inspection
4. Technical & Financial quotations must be in separate envelopes.
5. Submit quotations latest by Monday, 21 Aug 2023 at 1100 hours. Tender will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in Conference Room, P&LP Dte, NUST H- 12 Campus Islamabad.
6. The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission.
7. The tender notice is only an invitation to offer and NSHS-NUST reserves the right to accept/ reject any offer as per PPRA Rules.
