TO ESTABILISH 0.5 MW GRID TIED SOLAR POWER GENERATION SYSTEM ON EPC BASIS

• National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Sector H-12, Islamabad is a public sector university. NUST invites sealed Bids through Single Stage Two Envelope mode from reputed, experienced firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered with PEC in relevant  Category for the work of “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning, with After Sales Service for Establishment of 0.5 MW Grid Tied Solar Power Generation System”. The project would be implemented through “EPC basis” through signing proper Legal Agreement with the NUST Islamabad. The bidder should be on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR.
• Bidding documents  containing detailed specifications ,conditions and procedure for submission of bids, bid  security etc. are given in the RFP and availableonPPRA’s website (www.ppra.org.pk) and NUST website (www.nust.edu.pk) and can be down loaded.
• The bids, prepared in accordance with the instruction in the bidding documents, must reach at the office stated below on or before 1100 hours on 17 April 2020 at Project Management Office-NUST by hand or through special courier .
• NUST reserves the right to accept or reject part or whole of the tender any time prior to the acceptance of the proposal. The unsuccessful bidder(s) participating in the bidding process shall be informed the reason(s) for rejection of their proposal however, NUST Islamabad shall not be liable to justify those reasons.
