SUPPLY OF LAB & IT EQUIPMENT AT NCAI NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD

  1. NUST hereby invites sealed bids from reliable OEM/authorized suppliers for “SUPPLY OF LAB EQUIPMENT AT NCAI – NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD” who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS)”.

SUPPLY OF LAB EQUIPMENT AT NCAI – NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure Bid Submission:
on 09 June 2026 at 1100 hrs.Opening Time: 1130 hrs.
  1. Tender Processing Fee 3,000/- as per Tender Document must be provided in original at the time of bid opening in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of ‘NCAI SGI NUST’.
  2.  The complete set of bidding documents containing description and detailed terms & conditions are available on E-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders may obtain further information from National Centre of Artificial Intelligence (NCAI), NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad, Telephone: +92 51 8866954.
  3. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS as per above mention schedule.
  4.  NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR) 2004
