PROCURMENT OF CLASSROOM/LAB IT ITEMS NUST SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES (NSHS) NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD

1. NUST hereby invites sealed bids for PROCURMENT OF CLASSROOM /LAB IT ITEMS NUST SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES (NSHS) NUST H-12 CAMPUS ISLAMABAD from the eligible bidders who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on “e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal system (e-PADS)”, having Income & Sales Tax registration and are on Active Taxpayers List on website https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration, in case of any technical difficulty in registration or using e-PADS, the prospective bidders may contact PPRA’s technical team.

3. Tender Processing Fee as per Tender Document must be provided in original at the time of technical bid opening in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs 5,000/- in favour of ‘NUST SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES” NUST HBL BRANCH H-12 ISLAMABAD.
4. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS Manual submission of bid without e-PADS will not be accepted/entertained. The electronic bids, must be submitted by using EPADS by 08 June 2026 before 11:00 hrs (bid closing date and time). Manual bids, shall not be accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day after bid closing time, ie 11:30 hrs.
5. In case opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the next working date shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tender(s) at the same time and place NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR). 2004.
