1. Sealed quotations are invited and through e-PADS V 2.0 submission from the reputed firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) V 2.0, Tax departments and must be shown in Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for supply of the office /class room equipments Detailed specifications are mentioned in bidding documents: -.

Lot 1:

• • PPC Machine with Mobile Trolly (Refurbished) &
  • MM Projection with Mounting & Installing   and Projection Screen 8×6 ft

Lot 2: 

• • PA Equipment (Amplifier) & Collar Cordles mic ,
  • Interactive Flat Panel Display86” With Mounting & Installing
  • UPS 3 KVA

2. Bidding Documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA’s website and e-PADS V 2.0. All e-bids must be submitted through e-PADS V 2.0. Manual submission without e-PADS will not be accepted/ entertained.
3. A bank draft/ pay order of Rs. 3000/- as bidding documents fee must be provided in person or through courier.
4. Bids must be uploaded as per instruction given in bidding docs in e-PADS V 2.0 before 23 June 2026 at 1030 hrs. Bids submitted through e-PADS shall be opened on same day at 110 hrs in Conference Room NBS, NUST Campus, Sector H-12, Islamabad in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.
5. In case opening date(s) is declared as a Public Holiday by the Government, the next working date shall be deemed to be the date for submission and opening of tender(s) at the same time and place. NUST may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid by invoking rule 33 of Public Rule (PPR).2004.
