INVITATION TO E-BIDS THROUGH EPADS V2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSETS

Tender

1. NUST invites electronic bids of Single Stage One Envelope for the Disposal of various condemned / salvage / demolition items in accordance with instructions / Terms and Conditions contained in the bidding document on
   “As-Is-Where-Is” basis from interested bidders who are registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0).
2. The bidders must be registered with NADRA Citizenship (CNIC) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on Active Taxpayer List.
3. E-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Procurement Regulations – 2024, containing detailed terms and conditions and requirements etc are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://www.epads.gov.pk/.
4. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 28 July 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened online on the same day at 1130 hours.
5. Each bidder shall submit Bid Security / Earnest Money of Rs. 500,000 in favour of NUST to Works Dte before closing time of bid (28 July 2026 at 1100 hours). Bids submitted without required bid security shall be rejected.
6. The participated bidders shall be notified automatically by EPADS v2.0 regarding preliminary results of e-Disposal proceeding, after which final results will be notified in due course as per bidding documents / Terms and Conditions.
7. The condemned items are stored at Works Dte NUST. The interested bidders can inspect the items on any working day from 20 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 between 1000 hours to 1600 hours). Bidders may obtain further information from Works Directorate, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad.
8. NUST may reject all bids or offers at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or offer by invoking Regulation 28 Disposal of Public Procurement Regulations – 2024.
